How It Works

Build capability and capacity at the same time

Enterprise Coaching combines two things that are usually sold separately. The combination is what builds organisational capacity rather than dependency on external support.

Capability Building (Learning)

Build the knowledge base.

Your governance practitioners work through the Foundation Track — four in-depth courses covering the regulatory landscape, how to organise for governance, mechanism design across the AI lifecycle, and how to write governance policies that people actually follow. The baseline engagement includes Foundation Track access for up to three people, with the option to add more.

Capacity Building (Coaching) 

Apply it to your organisation.
Every two weeks, your team works directly with an experienced AI governance practitioner. The agenda is yours. That might mean designing your governance structure, building the business case for investment, writing your first AI policy, designing intake mechanisms, getting engineering teams engaged, or preparing for a specific regulatory requirement — whatever you're working through right now.
